For those who want to enjoy Seminyak’s nightlife and walk to the beach without renting a scooter, Villa Kinawa is perfect. It’s a 10-minute walk from Seminyak Beach and right in front of ShiShi.
Villa Kinawa offers accommodations with very high speed internet, air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool and a free private parking. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with pool views.
However, since it’s located in the heart of Seminyak, there may be some noise disturbances until 1 or 2 am.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Master bedroom
The Master bedroom is accessible from the ground floor. It features a kingsize bed, a nice sofa, a console, a big mirror and give access to the master bathroom through a wardrobe.
Master bathroom
The master bathroom is equipped with a large wastafel, a bath tub and an outdoor shower with a small garden. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided.
Bedroom and bathroom 2
The second bedroom is located just above the master bedroom. The bathroom is confortable.
Bedroom and bathroom 3
The third bedroom is located above the living room and face the pool. The bathroom is a little bit smaller.
Living room and kitchen
The living room and kitchen are air conditioned. The living room also features a sofa facing a television with 60 cable channels and a dining table which can welcome 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, water dispenser, cooking tools, plates, etc.
Pool
The pool is 8 meters long, 3 meters large and 1,60 meters deep. A pool man will come every other day to maintain the pool.
Parking area
The parking area can welcome one car or several motorbikes. The villa is located at the end of a small gang with 3 villas. The gang can be closed at night with a gate.
